Looking For A Job As Medical Billing And Coding Specialist?

I am 20 yrs old. I have never worked, which means no experience i have a degree in Medical Billing and Coding, but i cant seem to find a job anywhere in Chicago. Its driving me crazy. I applied everywhere but people are not calling. What do you think I should do?

    I know how you feel. A degree is excellent, but most employers want experience as well. I find it hard to believe you never had at least one job in your lifetime? Thats impossible nowadays. What kind of resume do you have?
    I suggest looking on Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com
    I know CB has a college job search for entry level graduates.

    you could also try revising your resume so that your work experience doesnt quickly disqualify you..
    I just checked CBC.com and there are plenty of jobs in Chicago or near!!!
