    BUT does that mean the rich pay 68% of their income taxes? i don’ think so…our tax brackets aren’t that high. even if the RICH pays 90% (which I don’t believe) that would mean the swiss rich probably pays like 99%. But anyways, the middle class has shrunk so much now that they can’t afford to pay taxes…NOT A GOOD SIGN for a DEMOCRACY. we are turning into an oligarchy with powerful rich corrupt overlords and you willingly want to be their slave…or perhaps you are the overlord.

    Here we take great pride in paying our taxes, we understand the importance of a functioning society. I have lived also in America (LA) and there is no comparison. Here our children do not gun each other down at school, pedophiles do not kidnap and hide children as sex slaves. We look at social issues always trying to help people, not thinking about how much money we can make. Not many people here have mansions ala CRIBS but everyone has a roof over there heads and food in there stomach
